Brought up and educated in Leeds, Simon Williams has spent the majority of his working life securing some of the region’s most notable arrivals on and off the high street; from leading supermarkets to independent brands, Simon is known amongst his peers for his expert negotiating acumen.

Simon bought the Wetherby-based commercial property firm; Wetherby Property Management

which claims a prestigious central location on Church Street and has for the last few years enabled some of Wetherby and surroundings local outfits find their dream premises. Known for his property prowess, Simon consults on a range of matters such as sales, lettings,   developments, lease renewals and rent reviews.  “Most of my working life has been spent facilitating property sales, lettings and purchases for private landlords, investors, and businesses, helping to bring some of the country's most notable names to

the region both on and off the high street. As owner of WPM based on Church Street, Wetherby I spend my time assisting a wide of variety of clients across the whole spectrum of commercial property areas, including lease renewals and rent reviews. I have a passion for property development and am currently working on some extremely exciting projects across the country which will see new drive through restaurants, supermarkets and leisure schemes opening in 2023 and beyond.”
