Leeds businesswoman says neuroscience can unlock hidden workforce potential

Leeds-based employee advocacy programme launches with a free webinar

 

A Leeds businesswoman, Karolina Szymanska, has teamed with a London branding agency, Stratticus to offer business leaders an innovative way to empower their workforce using neuroscience.

 

Gallup studies show that more than 90 per cent of employees are sadly disengaged, leading to 37 per cent higher absenteeism, an 18 per cent reduction in productivity and a 15 per cent decrease in profitability.

 

Neuroscience uses physiology and neural signals to gain insight into people’s motivations, preferences and decision-making.

 

Drawing on her passion for neuroscience, Karolina, a Strategic Marketing Advisor has launched a new Social Media Employee Advocacy Programme (SMEAP) with Jowita Penkala, a Mind Mastery Specialist and London-based branding agency Stratticus designed to accelerate employee engagement and build strong company advocacy.

 

Jowita Penkala is a Mind Mastery Specialist, who helps individuals and businesses achieve ‘the impossible’ and accelerate their growth. Stratticus is a design agency specialising in creating and developing brand strategies for organisations such as The Harley Street Clinic Children’s Hospital and ABER Instruments.
