Sheffield-based, B. Braun UK, has launched Beyond Performance, a new leadership development programme designed to build on the measurable results delivered by their previous initiative, Beyond Boundaries, which saw 92% of participants making more inclusive decisions within the workplace. 

 

Beyond Boundaries, which focused on inclusive leadership behaviours, has reached more than 200 managers across the business. 94% of the participants said they felt more confident applying what they had learned, and Beyond Performance takes that foundation further by focusing on the practical skills that turn good leadership into consistent team performance.

 

Developed in partnership with Elev-8, specialists in training and behavioural change, the programme combines workshops, one-to-one coaching, and performance management tools. It has been built around the day-to-day realities of leading teams in a complex, fast-moving healthcare environment, giving managers the tools to set clear expectations, drive accountability, and deliver results.

 

The launch also coincides with a broader effort by B. Braun UK to track and measure its people data, moving from limited metrics to a more substantive evidence base on representation and accountability across the business.
