I’m Marie-Thérése, my husband George and I founded Artists’ Cottages with the express intention of affording our guests the amenities they would find in some of the world’s best boutique hotels within the confines of a Yorkshire stone cottage.  Hence, great ovens, hobs, beautiful comfortable sofas and beds, Folio edition books, vinyl record players and board games. We use a striking combination of antiques with modern conveniences to give guests a true sense of home. Our personal and bespoke services are there to add to our guests comfort and relaxation.
